Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Your fonts and license
Fonts you generate or design are yours to use commercially — in your product, marketing, and client work. Some starting families are built on open-licensed (SIL Open Font License) source; the license text ships in every export kit and must accompany the files if you redistribute them.
Plans and billing
Free covers designing and previewing. Pro ($20/month or $192/year) unlocks full exports and unlimited projects, with a no-card trial. You can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep everything you've already exported.
Fair use of the service
Don't abuse the compile service or attempt to disrupt it for others. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.
As-is, while we build
Font Design is early and provided as-is. We work hard on export quality and validate every file, but we can't guarantee the service is uninterrupted or fits every use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
